Most sample orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive via standard mail within 3 to 5 business days.

Can I return a full order if it doesn't match the sample?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the bulk product does not match the quality or color of the sample provided, you can return it for a full refund.

Is there a limit to how many samples I can order?

To ensure all customers have access to our inventory, we limit free sample requests to 5 unique items per household per month.

Do you offer international shipping for large furniture items?

Currently, we ship our full home product line within the continental US and Canada. Samples can be shipped internationally for a small flat-rate fee.
