At Free Samples, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused samples or home goods in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
